Eh? What? What? I'm a, or was a, Catholic school boy. Yep, twelve years, actually fourteen if you count pre-kindergarten and kindergarten in some of the finest institutions (and yes, institution is the right word) on the Northeast Coast of the United States.
Not only that, but I was also an altar boy. And the answer is no regarding the local priests. They were all cool with me and vice versa.
