I've seen it.
It's the most messed up and uncomfortable movie I've ever seen. While the baby scene doesn't show everything that happens, it's still extremely shocking/disgusting/horrifying. It's one of the only movies that I had to turn away from, and the baby-screaming... it's bone-chilling.
Still, after all the horrible stuff that happened, I actually thought it was very well made. I wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone, other than people that's looking for extreme movies like Cannibal Holocaust and so on.
