I'm thinking of a film that I saw as a young girl which enthralled me. I can only remember the last few minutes in any detail though.
It was a black and white film set in the second world war and had a supernatural theme to it. The lead character or the ghost - I'm not sure which- was called Lark.
The main character was a lady who was part of the armed forces. The ghost was a young (teenage?) girl The film ended with a church bell falling from a tower and landing over someone (I think the ghost).
I realise that it isn't much to go on but if anyone can help I will be eternally grateful!
