At this point, I'm not sure if I don't like Spider-Man or just don't like Sam Raimi, but I'm hesitant to give this series another chance.
I saw Spider-Man 1 and didn't like it, largely because of Green Goblin. Doc Octopus looked like a better villain, and 2 was getting a lot of praise, so I eventually rented it...and liked it less than the first one. The third movie got criticized by fans, so I thought maybe I would like it (since it apparantly was different from the first two). I ended up seeing it on Netflix's Watch Instantly, didn't like it. Now this one's got a different director and cast, and there's that possibility that it'll make the difference, but how many times can I be suckered into watching the same weak series? |

I've enjoyed all the Spider Man movies up to this point, and I'll give this reboot a fair shake. Hopefully they won't pull a Batman & Robin on us.

You do love Emma Stone
![]() I am looking forward to the reboot, the first two films were enjoyable but were repetitive with a new baddie and the third one was too over crowded with villains. The first three were okay but the reboot will hopefully be really good. I agree with Pelicula,500 days of Summer was a great film
