Noomi Rapace and Charlize Theron seem like the perfect choice.

Some more casting:

Idris Elba for his long-awaited science fiction return project Prometheus – the British actor joining the already impressive casting sheet that includes Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender and Charlize Theron.

Lesser known Brits Sean Harris and Katie Dickie are also on board. All their roles are currently unknown.

Also on the Aliens:

The Xenomorphs would appear in the film, but wouldn’t be recognisable as the iconic Aliens we are accustomed to. As the Xenomorphs adopt the qualities of whichever being they grow inside of, their infiltration and execution of human colonies led to them growing into the four-limbed wall-crawlers we saw in the Quadrilogy. As the Xenomorph adopts the DNA of its ill-fated host, those that appear in Prometheus will be of a different variation to that which we are used to, as they have not yet been subject to human contact.

British actor Rafe Spall, son of Timothy, and who if you are on the same wave-length as me you will know him as the obnoxious employee at Simon Pegg’s electronics store in Shaun of the Dead, or as the useless cop in Hot Fuzz, has just landed a role in Ridley Scott’s Prometheus.

He was in a funny channel 4 sit-com, Pete Vs Life. I know it's not everyones thing, but i thought it was a different take on the tv genre.
