I would say from reading around that if you really want to feel the fear, you have to have the lights out, late at night with nobody around. Then your mind starts to play games on you. Anything other than that will perhaps lesson the experience for you.

Yes, but it's only available in cinemas(unless it's a copy) so thats pretty much impossible to watch it by yourself. And it's not like you could go into a cinema with no one there, cause it's a movie that has been sold out. And i thought being around other people only intensifies the experience of the horror movie. I watched Drag Me To Hell for the 3rd or 4th time the other day there, i jumped the first time, but not the second, yet when i was with my friends i jumped at certain scenes. I suppose it depends on the movie.

Well, you could buy all the tickets at your local cinema for instance, or tell the other visitors you carry a highly contagious *COUGH!* deadly disease and watching this movie is your last wish

Depends on the film I would say on how much more fun a movie is to see with viewers. Drag Me To Hell was more to laugh at.

lmao, maybe I can help you out there Jonny. I had that dry cough for the past few days. It's nasty man. Two days ago I couldn't even get out of bed I was so sick with the cold shakes to boot. Also felt like my legs were falling off because of the aches. Head was spinning like mad. This is the 4th day so getting better now but the flem in the lungs is what's bugging me at the moment with a minor fever and dizzyness. Generally I finish the flu in 2 days so this is rare. Could even have been that H1N1 but I didn't check to find out.

saw it on halloween (not theatrical) cos my cousin said she was scared for days after. I was scared bunches by blair witch so i was excited.
not scary. not at all. micha was such a numpty that he might have distracted from anything scary. i like spooky stories so not a total crap film but not scary!!! i don't think any of the endings would've helped although i did not see the theatrical vers..

^ Yeah, that's a good advice from Escape, the DVD will probably have the 3 different endings on it too.

That is nasty, man. Good your feeling better again, I hate the flu. Next week they are starting with the vaccinations for the swine flu here. btw. remember that bike accident I had 5 weeks ago? My arm was still killing me with pain, finally had my checkup today in the hospital and they made new x-rays. Turned out a piece of my friggin' bone broke off in the joint of my elbow, the previous assistant doc 'missed' with the 1st x-rays, f4cking amateurs Anyway, luckily the broken part didn't slip or so and it's growing back straight.

Wow. Good to hear it's going to grow straight anyways.

I'm actually starting to think that 3rd ending is a myth. Nobody can find it anywhere. People keep saying it's not a rumour but how do we know for sure.

Cause i think i read somewhere that ending was only showed at one screening and not as at a proper new release thing. I'll have a look later cause i think it was wikipedia and they ahd a link to where it was said.

Wiki states there was an alternative, 3rd ending that was only shown once, but WiKi isn't always correct, perhaps we will never know for sure.
