Source Code
"Source Code" is a 2011 American mystery techno-thriller film directed by Duncan Jones and starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Michelle Monaghan, Vera Farmiga, and Jeffrey Wright. If you are a sci-fi film lover, this film is definitely your choice. If you are not a sci-fi film lover, this film is still suit you. In other words, this film is suitable for all walks of life as it is understandable even for those who are not really in science stuff. The storyline is interesting, challenging, and the fast-paced of the scenes in this film will make you keep on wondering what's going to happen next. "Source Code" will not make you fall asleep. The story is about a decorated army helicopter pilot, Colter Stevens (Jake Gyllenhaal) who wakes up in a body of an unknown man, discovers himself that he is on a mission to find out who is the bomber that exploded a train headed to Chicago and report back to Air Force Captain Colleen Goodwin (Vera Farmiga) through a computer screen under "Source Code" program to prevent second attack. If you are not really in science stuff and you cant really understand how the "Source Code" program works, you just need to know the mission and then you still can catch up with this film. One thing that I find that this film is interesting is that can you imagine that when you wake up in someone else body, struggling to find out what's is going with yourself while at the same time, carrying an important mission that you cannot refuse to take it. And remember, the time is limited for you to complete the mission. So, this is one thing I find it is interesting. Another part of this film that I like is the part when Colter Stevens is having a touching conversation with his father who is grieving over Colter Stevens's death through a cell phone. Overall, I think that "Source Code" is a worth watching film and the cinematography is well done. What do you guys think?!
