Couples Retreat should be dispatched today as a pre order and i'm still waiting on Pandorum, Borderland and Informers(not pre order)

Today i rented 4 movies for £10. Really good for Xtravision and two of them are exclusives:
-Adventureland
-Ugly Truth
-Powder Blue
-Whiteout

It's kind of a throwback to the 50's alien films. A bit corny and simple but I still enjoyed it.

I saw this the other day. It was a bit better than many of the negative reviews make it out to be.

I bought some more DVDs today I will name later.

Escape - You were right about Whiteout. I thought it was a lot better than the negative reviews.

Yeah. It wasn't that bad actually but I was surprised by the amount of gore it showed. Ironically, the place where I bought this DVD, is one block down the street from the theatre in the movie. Carpenter apparently didn't care for it because the bums on the street were making alot of noise when they were shooting, trying to interrupt them.

And what did you make of the ending.
Spoiler
Where that Angel took the tape and said thanks. What do you suppose that meant?

Yeah I mean it's not great but still more entertaining than I thought. I went into it with very very low expectations so that helped.
