But Scorsese is a genius. I mean, you can set aside Shutter Island (which i loved btw) and you'd still have Gangs of New York, The Departed, and Goodfellas. All tremendous films. (i havnt seen Raging Bull yet...) Then again, i think Casino was an unnecissary film and Taxi Driver was extremely overrated. I will admit, i might have a bias considering i love Leo lmao but still.

Thats the thing, i think Leo is a great actor, but i still didn't like Shutter Island, i guess there just has to be a few occasions were we disagree or else it would be boring.

Both great films in their own right. The Town is better IMO. It made me change my opinion on the whole hesit genre which i had originally thought was boring.
