Hunger (2009) - This isn't a Horror by the way, if you mean the Steve McQueen directed film.

Hush (2008)
Storm Warning (2007)
Into the Mirror (2003)
Nightwatch (1994)
Eden Log (2007)
Psycho Beach Party (2000)

Definitely watch these. Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers has a really bad ass hospital massacre. I showed it to my mom when I was a kid because she's a nurse and I was a little shit

House on Haunted Hill is an absolute classic. One of the best old-school horror films with the legendary Vincent Price. Clever filmmaking and one of the all-time classic shock sequences.

And The Last House on the Left is just a crazy experience, really visceral. I also highly recommend The Virgin Spring, the 1960 Ingmar Bergman film that Wes Craven remade into The Last House on the Left.

If you haven't seen the original, watch that one instead and don't waste your time on the remake. If you have seen the original, I still say don't waste your time with this one.

The Virgin Spring is definitely worth the look, but don't go expecting a horror film Bassi, very different to Craven's Last House on the Left.
