Yes,but i am not just talking about the gore.It was in general quite a terrible movie, with or without gore,it wouldn't have made a difference. If Odette yustman wasn't in that film,it would have brought in poor box office results and would have been completely terrible!

I saw that a few years back and always hoped they'd make a very heart wrenching film about that team other than the made for t.v. movie they had out for it. But the thing that really annoyed me was during the most inspirational moments when they'd score, it seemed rushed. Like bam! they just scored and made it a one goal game and the camera didn't fully take in the true emotions of the fans at the game cause that's what I mostly looked forward to.

What did you think of the little comedic type ending?

That scene you mentioned is one that made me roll my eyes when I saw it in theatre. Because it was going along fine till about that part. Like nothing out of the ordinary when the movie suddenly takes a turn and goes into fantasy mode. I remember coming from the Cinema and thinking it was kind of a stupid film because of that, but I soon after learned to accept what Tarintino was doing there and it's definitely a favourite of mine now.

Spoiler
Awesome feel good ending with that one. I never did understand why Freeman was about to give up, knowing that his buddy left a note where to find him though. I don't think he forgot about it.

I personally love it, definitely one of my favourite films but with De Niro and Walken you really can't go wrong. A movie I think everyone should see, a true masterpiece.
