Ok good. I've watched a bit of it last night before I slept and it's not bad so far. I have only watched The Pledge once, and that was theatre and I absolutely loved that movie so very good call there Powderedwater. The ending was something I never saw before really. How it all played out I mean. I do plan to buy it next time I see it around. Just haven't come across it lately.

Watched this documentary called F**k. It was about the origin of the word, interviews with Kevin Smith, Miss Manners, Ron Jeremy, Pat Boone. It was very interesting. The stupidest quote was from Boone. " Censorship is a good thing".

*********SPOILERS**********

Wasn't it though? What did you think of the kinda short monotone narration? I think that was actually my favorite part.

I watched "The Condemned" last night. It was better than I thought it would be. The fight scenes with Stone Cold were pretty good. The other convicts on the island were fine, but the other actors, his girlfriend the main bad guy, etc... were awful. At the very least it made me hope that Stone Cold makes some more action movies.

Half Nelson.

Wonderfully confusing and a lot to think about. I'll have to watch it a second time come to think of it.

I aaaaaalmost got that yesterday. I just need the price to drop a tad though. I think I'd enjoy it.

I saw back to back movies yesterday in two different cinemas.

First one: In the Valley of Elah (6/10)

*Spoilers*

I really really wanted some other kind of mystery to the murder other than a quick burst of insanity by one of the soldiers. The movie dragged on a bit so was hoping for something that would be a little more of an interesting finish than that.

Second film: Eastern Promises (6.5/10)

The best scene was the fight scene in the shower though the full frontal nudity caught me off guard and went on for like 3 or 4 minutes during the fight.

I was into it for most of the way but I felt I got gypped short the kind of ending I wanted than what they gave.

I watched Rogue Assassin yesterday. I'm pretty biased with the movie since I'm a super fan of Jet Li and well, the movie was uber great! The story itself was good since the twist was really unexpected. IMO, it's more than just an action movie. Oh the fight scenes were good too, though the fight between Jason Statham and Jet Li could've been longer though...

I saw that a month ago maybe and yep, the twist was unexpected and very enjoyable. I like Jet Li films as well. First time he caught my eye was in Lethal Weapon 4 and kept a careful watch of his career ever since.
