Saw ROTK. i'm too excited to write a proper review but 'oh my god!' kind of covers it. performances are fantastic throughout (particularly impressed with Sean Astin and Billy Boyd) and it has lived up to every expectation i had. cried lots (Faramir talking to his dad, grey havens) great film. seeing it again tomorrow.

Saw Return of the King last night. Good but not overally impressive as The Two Towers. Still an artistic achievement none the less.

The consistency of the action, dialogue, and overall style was just better.

Pretty uproarious crowd as they cheered and clapped a lot in certain areas.

yeah same. lots of cheering when the Rohirrim arrive, and lots of laughing at Gollum. when Legolas walks in when the fellowship are reunited there was a loud 'ooooh!' from every female in the audience.

ROTK is a better movie without Haldir.

Watched Titanic on NBC. I am still puzzled at why this is the highest grossing film of all time.

TITANIC made a tons of money becuz:

1. The ship sank!
2. People who were falling from the hull whilst the ship wuz going down kept clanking on the steel railings.
3. The Brits were once again the evildoers.
4. Becuz the audience wanted to see all the dead people floating about afterwords.
5. Becuz of Celine Dion.
