Oh well. I'm not going to argue here. Since we last had a similar discussion i've been watching way more different variety of films and have expanded a lot. And i actually took all you advice on board and am still being critisized. I only was really eager for people to watch Kick Ass because well it Kicked Ass! Sometimes my great vibes rub off on people and i can't really apologize for recommending what in my opinion was a great film. I do not have a short attention span, because i have been watching movies faithfully not just for enjoyment since i was 10, unlike many other teenagers. So no i am not your typical teenager. I wasn't being unreasonable nor was i heavily critisizing the film without having seen it. It was merely a question, which had it been answered i probably would have seen the film anyway. So no it's not a effort for me to watch films at all. And you expect me to apologize for wanting to know the plot, genre or info about a film before i see it. Wow.

I must admit, it seems you've been broadening your horizons and watching more non-horror movies.

Yes i actually haven't watched a horror in a long time now. If you count six months a long time for a big horror fan to have not been watching a horror. You did seem as if you wanted to start an arguement there, but i can see that you thought i was dissing the film which i wasn't. I hope that has cleared things up over something that is pointless to argue about.

I wasn't trying to start an argument. It's just funny that we almost never agree about whether a movie is good. You thought The Crazies so great and I thought it was just okay. What may make it different than the other horror movies you've seen is that the director built up tension before an event whereas. Alot of the modern, slasher horrors have people getting butchered left and right.

My movie taste, like my music taste, is very broad and diverse. I'd say the genre i like the least would be horrors, sorry jonny. Give me a Rip It, a bag of Doritos, and sit me in front of an action-thriller any day!

But thats the thing. A lot of people will assume that because horror is my faovurite genre that i like slashers. I actually prefer horror's with a unique story and build up tension. Again as i've said before peopel are boudn to have differences in opinion, it just so happens that we don't agree on many things. I do see that i misinterpreted that as a start of an arguement, it just seemed that way as you were surprisingly forward for not much of a reason. I think you misinterpreted that i was shitting on the film.

The Core - cheesy as hell and ridiculously sappy; but a guilty pleasure .

The Aristocrats. Funny as hell. I have to admit-- a bit slow in the beginning, but then it's pure gold. That's it.

Ha! I feel the exact same way. I know it's a bad movie but I must've sat through it in its entirety about 8 times now. That's more times than I've seen some of the films I call my "favourites."
