For me, it's 8 Mile by Eminem.

This movie is inspirational and very symbolic in the sense that Eight Mile Road represents a barrier that is difficult to cross - it's a boundary between Detroit's predominantly Afro-Americans and the city's mostly white northern suburbs. The film is all about the struggle of a young white rapper, Jimmy (played by Eminem), who tries to fit himself in the world of rap, which is dominated by the blacks.

I find most true stories inspirational just lately I watched The world's Fastest Indian. If you haven't seen this film I highly recommend it. It's just a simple story about an old man in Australia who just wants to take his old Indian Motorcycle to the Salt Flat's just so he can see what she can do as he liked to say. Any way check it out I found very inspirational and a good performance by Anthony Hopkin's as well.
