After thinking about it a little, I think the forum is too small for a tournament at the moment, but here's a comparison between a few that I assume most have seen:
![]() Vs. ![]() ![]() Between Scorsese and Tarantino, which director do you think had the better gangster genre output in the 90's? I think Pulp Fiction is the best of the four, and that Tarantino's films were more unconventional and creative, but I also think RD is the weakest of the four. It's a toss up, but I'm going with Goodfellas and Casino.

Quentin Tarantino all the way. Adore Goodfellas but Tarantino I find a lot more interesting. Reservoir Dogs is my favourite out of the four. In the 90s, Tarantino's films were more relevant and influencial compared to Scorseses two I think.
So it's Pulp Fiction, and Reservoir Dogs for my vote. |
