Withnail And I VS Trainspotting

Two of arguably the best of british comedies go head to head.



I'm voting for Trainspotting, as its more enjoyable

I saw Withnail and I ages ago - I'm going to try it again now I'm older, but going by that viewing where I didn't think much of it, I find both films overrated. But I'll go with Trainspotting out of the two.

I'm going with Spirited Away. Miyazaki's mind is so insanely creative.

Argh, now that's an incredibly hard choice but I'm going to go with Pan's Labyrinth. It's my favourite from Del Toro, Spirited Away is a favourite but not my number one favourite from Miyazaki.

I just watched Spirited Away and loved it. Both films are visually and thematically creative, but I think SA was much more entertaining. I've seen Pan's Labyrinth about three time now, and while I enjoy it, my opinion doesn't seem to measure up to the majority. I still feel inclined to give it another shot though.
