Recently I rewatched King of Masks. Prompted me to check out Wu Tianming's other film Old Well, starring none other than Zhang Yimou.

Gosh, I hope it doesnt have too many old beggars becuz sad old people make me cry the most. (KING OF MASKS practically made my tears fill a saucepan.)

Have you seen The Blue Kite? Its the greatest film i've seen from China, so devastating that it blows everything out of the water (Farewell, my concubine, To Live, etc...)
