He had a cooking school as well. He was still considered a chef though. There have been several gay people on top chef and top chef masters. Susan Feniger is a really big deal right now and she's a lesbian.

Never worked with a gay chef yet , most gay people I worked with were front of house staff like waiters , waitresses , maitre d's , bar staff-I think there was a saladhand that was gay once and one on desserts but as in the kitchen itself no.

James Beard wasn't gay. He loved meat. (Not that kind)
Gordon Ramsey is gay, and he's scary. That's why I'm afraid of gay people. They might scoff at my cooking skills then suggest I sell pizza. I get a tingly feeling in the pit of my stomach every time I'm around gay people.

Did not know Ramsey was gay , he has had quite a few affairs with woman and is married. I have worked with some tough gay people as well but have got on alright with them but I have also seen them cut people down with some of the funniest and nastiest jokes around-do not try and make fun of a gay man or woman or you will lose bigtime.

There is a gay bar that I sometimes go to in Cincinnati. I once saw a drag queen beat the hell out of a man that tried to get violent with her.

When I was in the union gay people were the best to have on your side , they love the scraps and arguements-one used to yell at one of the managers so much he would be spitting on him , I had to get him the hell out of there a few times before someone died.

What's so amazing there? It's just a guy beating another guy up.

Pish. Gordon Ramsay isn't gay. At least I'm sure his wife doesn't think so.
