What's the point of having police anyway? They never bust in the window and stop crime as it's happening like Batman and Robin. They always get there after the fact then they make a report. What's the point of that? They're like secretaries with guns.

I'd say that the majority of the corruption within the justice system is in the courts and law firms rather than the police. If judges would rather lock up alcohol abusers, potheads, and jay walkers and let pedophiles and rapists get off on relatively easy jail time then theres a problem.
