Anyway, it's 8 miles there. (12 km) It's also right down the street from the used bookstore I frequent so I killed two birds with one stone. Actually, three. The reason I wanted to buy an electric bike was so I could go to the used bookstore on it. They have electric charging stations for cars there so I would be able to charge up whilst I shop and then come home. However, I rode there on pedal power alone so now I am thinking I don't need an electric bicycle at all. I can ride everywhere in town on my own.

Oh, speaking of my brother. He gave me some steroids! Maybe. He gave me some pills called Creatine 198 and made me take one while he watched. Ugh! I don't want weird chemicals in my body. I am all natural. I don't want big muscles anyway, I just want to be healthy. He left me 5 pills which I am supposed to take all week. I don't want to! Waaahh!

My brother is also insane. He wants me to ride to Tumamoc Hill, distance 6 miles, then walk up it like we used to do together. Futch! That hill kicks my butt on it's own. How am I going to add a 6 mile bike ride to it? I'm not super triathlete man. Sheese. Riding there and back would be 12 miles round trip and a new record for me. (19 km) That's good enough. Thanks.

On the bright side, it's supposed to rain tomorrow so that means it will be cloudy.
Eik Sunfrog, it sounds dangerous to be taking pills that you don't know 100% what they are and if it's even okay to be taking them. Be careful. I would probably secretly not take the rest...

I would be honest and say NO, I will not take those pills. I do not wish to induce myself with chemicals..
Hopefully your brother will respect your wishes.

I did it! I rode 12 miles (20 km) today! Phew!~
I'm all tired and stuff now. My legs will feel it tomorrow because they're already feeling it now. I think 20 K is my limit. My next ride will also be 20 Ks and the next after that until I get used to it. I don't know if I should take a nap or a shower. I think I will opt for the shower. I didn't take a shower this morning because I was going to sweat anyway and now I'm extra smelly. Lol.

I took some video for you guys. If I don't take a nap I'll try to post it later. I should go weigh myself. I think I am getting skinnier. Speaking of skinnier, I have to visit the TylerPooh.com. I haven't in a while because my internet is spotty. My cable company upgraded to DOCSIS 3.0 and my modem doesn't support that. Time for a new one.

I wish I had a giant yummy thing to eat. What a workout. Yay me! Footle you in a bit. Taa~

Why dont you also post a pic of the new Skinny You? I could never ride 20K straight, not even on my Vespa. I would be too hot and I dont like wearing my helmet too long.

Waiting for vid!

Twenty Ks. Thats a feat!! My knees would be buggered after ten ks. Its good idea to ride again soon. So your body does get used to it.
With my dragon boating. I find that when you do the physical movement enough times. Your body will adjust, making it a lot easier the next time around..

Do you have a bath at your place? Cause a bath with mineral salts would be excellent for recover.

We damn video

What are mineral salts? I do have a bath but I already took a shower.
My paycheck arrived in the post today. I'm off to cash it now. Should have a new modem that doesn't cut out by tomorrow. Every time I try to upload the video I lose my connection and the upload is aborted. The video is nothing spectacular, it's just me talking.

Have you seen Tyler's latest video? He is still skinny.

Yay for you.. Nothing wores that having crappy internet connection.

Mineral salts are also called dietary minerals.
Mineral_salt Mineral_salt
When the body exercises minerals are being used to move your body and when an unusual amount of exercise is performed, you'll feel that soreness is your body needing recovery. A bath is a great way to absorb all these minerals back in. This is includeds electrolytes, which you may have heard you can drink, via powerade..

Oof! My legs have DOMS today. My quads feel like they are made of wood.
I forgot to tell you that I have a mountain bike instead of a road bike. When I purchased it I didn't know the difference. I should have done some internet research first. Oops. It's okay, I like it. I may save up and buy a fancy road bike, or maybe not. This one is working fine. I adjusted the seat height today but I can't tell if it made a difference since my legs are so sore. Every pedal stroke was a struggle on the way to work.

Oh! I have a new modem and it's fast! Wheee! I hope I am not typing this too fast for you to read.
