Yeah, the other day before going out for a late lunch, I decided to show Lisa the back of my condo... well.. to show myself as well, for I hadn't even bothered to check it out yet either lol.

Anyhow, it's really nice back there, and there's even a water feature there, and part of what we learned was that it was right next to the city's Chinese cemetary (which is actually very pretty).

Anyhow, the noise was weird. I'm 95% sure it was from one of those door stoppy BOING things. And I flicked it after and it sounded just like it so I'm very sure of it... but how on earth it BOINGED itself I have no idea...

A old lady put her car in reverse and kept driving to the point it moved my car (behind hers) at the gas station. For goodness sake if you are moving another car, stop it. Man she was not with it. I could have been very angry, but I wasn't. Lucky for her she did not damage my car. However I still wonder if she even had a liscence to drive. I didn't ask her for it because there was no damage and I just wanted to leave. Man was she on another planet though......

I saw a semi-trailer's tyres and load of pallets of plastic car parts (yep) on fire on the way to see Muriel today. It blocked two whole lanes for hours. That's the second semi-trailer I've seen in a month, blazing and melting tyres down to the axles. The last one had a load of plastic volleyballs.

A very bored and unimpressed truckie waited with arms crossed across his beer gut while the fire fighters hosed the load down. Huge bush fire risk too, that part of the freeway.

Good Grief, look at Harry Potter & his mates when they first started out! I just saw this pic on the Beeb. My, how time flies ever so fast! Daniel R looks particularly babyish.

I heard & felt a ghost today at Arads house. Arad is my Moslem friend. His dog Colchis had just died, and he wuz feeling depressed for a week. And then this morning he called me & told me to come to his house to prove that he wasnt *hallucinating*. So I went and I heard his dog bark! Waaaaahhh! It wuz just whut Colly did whenever theres a visitor! He barks when the door opens. I heard just that one sharp quite loud bark. Arad says it doesnt happen wid all visitors, but just to a few. Arad wuz much more cheerful after that. And then, as I wuz leaving, I felt a cold wet doggy nose on my ankle when there wuz no doggy there. That wuz amazing! I wonder how long Colly will stay around. I hope he stays a long time.

I would love to know how long Arad feels Colly around.

My guess is three days, although this is just a guide. It can be six weeks continuously for a human, with intermittent visits after that.

Interesting!

There's no need to feel afraid. Colly's there because he loves them and her fear will just confuse him. If she could send him love instead, he'll be even more benign.
