Technically I am a little bit overweight..however if you saw me in person you probably wouldn't think that. I guess my weight is well distributed throughout my body. I would like to loose some though, and I have been. There is much more to loose though. I don't just want to just be in the top of healthy weight category I want to be in the middle or bottom (low end) of it.
I'm fine with my weight appearance wise, but health wise I would like it to be lower. I also want to have a lower weight because I have a family history of heart attacks, strokes, cancer, joint problems, among other health problems that I am hoping not to get when I get older.
Yup diet wise the last few months my diet couldn't get much better. I eat 3-6+ servings of fruits and vegetables per day, eliminated dessert from my diet (unless you count strawberries and oranges), and haven't eaten any fast food or restaurant food in months.
