I see quite a few of those Australian horrors I recommended to you are on that list.

How did you see the remake of Nightmare on Elm Street via rental though, it's not out yet to rent? And Salt? or are you just taking about films you have seen outside of rentals?

I also would have recommended not joining LOVEFILM and gone with Blockbuster. I stopped my account with LOVEFILM because you can't rent certain films that belong to film companies, for example Universal. Unlike Blockbusters, they are having problems with certain film companies and you will not be able to rent out any films from that company.

Excellent indeed, very enjoyable. If you haven't seen it-- check out Red Road as well, from the same director. Just as excellent, IMO.. Although, red road is probably my favorite.

I couldn't stand Red Road for some reason, didn't like it at all. Adored Fish Tank though. If you liked Fish Tank, try out The Scouting Book For Boys, it's a decent film. Also, a television two parter called Dive that was on in Britain a few months ago, beautifully shot and it used music from the musician Max Richter, love his music(you might recognise it from Shutter Island too):

The famous part of the music is from around the 1.44 mark.

Hm, can't really relate to this statement, because-- they're both eerie and beautiful, and I personally think Red Road has the best plot.. IMO tho.

I was a bit disappointed by Red Road actually. I might need to rewatch it. The plot is very nice indeed, but I think I expected too much after I read some reviews.

That The Scouting Book For Boys looks nice. I am a big fan of Turgoose. Somers Town I enjoyed a lot as well..

btw. Volcom (you being from Norway) have you seen Nord? I read very nice things about this one, haven't had a chance to watch it yet though.

@Pelicula, nice piece of music. Reminds me a bit of this one in This is England. Cannot listen to it too long, makes me friggin' depressed

Yes, it's great. I really enjoyed it, and I think you'll do the same. Give it a try.

I'd give love to the Dogme 95 style it was mostly shot in I don't think it's bad, I think my expectations were a bit too high I guess. I would not mind a rewatch and that deserves credits too I guess

I will, have to be in the mood though for these types of film.

I installed two Roku boxes so I can stream Netflix to a couple of my TVs. With 15k+ movies available, I'll seriously need to pace myself.
