A Japanese lady l know made it excellently. Make sure that the cube is well formed, if not, break any excess off on the corners or faces. Make sure you drain it well too (a strainer with a heavy object on top usually does the trick) and some light olive oil to gently crisp it. If you got it right, it should tast delish!
