I see your point, and on the surface, it's valid. Which is WHY, Jackass has a disclaimer before each show. Does Skins?

So, more or less Jackass said, don't do this, moron, whereas I take it Skins basically says, this is how teens behave, we think it's ok.

Effy, have no problems with her character.

So far, for favourite characters:

Series 1/2 = Chris, Michelle, Sid, Tony(post accident)

Series 3 = Pandora, Emily, JJ is adorable, and Thomas. Cook on and off so far.

I so far haven't really disliked any characters. Freddie didn't really do much though. Katie i thought was just a great fitch bitch. And as for that girl that was in The Golden Compass, i just wonder how on earth she is going to fit into Skins.

But i do think a lot of people know that Skins is exaggerated. Most teenagers aren't like that where sex and drugs are concerned, the binge drinking i could see where they are coming from though. Actually Skins, and any programme for that matter with risky material have warnings before programmes.

The problem they have is they think it's verging on child pornography, because of underage actors taking part in such scenes, even though it's not real sex.

I can see those guys point, but if Skins had full frontal scenes, then i would see how their point is more valid. When it said in that srticle you posted that the youngest cast member was 15, did that mean that this actor was actually invlved in a sexual scene?

Just watched the trailer, not that fussed, i will obviously still be watching though. They always have to look scabby.

As for the remake, it shouldn't have been made and they were silly as the age of consent in America is 18 compared to 16 in the U.K and all the cast in the U.K version are over 16 i am sure so there was no problems.

I have heard of Donkey Punch, watched it more than a couple of times. Very enjoyable, creative() film. That is if you have seen it.

You can die during sex it proves But only if you are crazy or too weird And i have seen it, was better than i thought it would be.
