I'm glad that Idris Elba's film career has finally started to take off after a few duds. First Thor, then Prometheus and now this (possibly). He was always one of the stand outs in The Wire and to go onto a larger career off the back of that is definitely deserved, in my opinion.
As for the film, I'm looking forward to it. After a hit and miss couple of years Tarantino has won me over again with Inglourious Basterds; all be it with the fourth attempt at watching it.
Surprised at that. I instantly loved it, just like I did with Pulp Fiction. I now think, after watching it again recently, it's up there with his brilliant best. Could be a blu-ray purchase soon methinks.
