I likely won't be seeing this one. I watched the trailer and oh my gosh it is soooo scary. It looks way more scary then Blair Witch and I was sooooo scared watching that movie.

It didn't help though that I didn't know much about it before watching and Tyler told me it was based on real events. Eik.

Is the audience in that clip real? Becuz I dont understand how people can be so freaked out since its just a Movie. Did they think they were watching a documentary?

I think a documentary 'style' of film, even if only made up, like the Blair Witch for example, gives off that realistic feel to it and as Summer said above, it's supposed to have been based on actual events which is eerie in itself. Of course so was 'Fargo' but that was a lie so who really knows there. I'm certain they upped it a notch to make it more entertaining though.

I read an article about this movie on aol this morning. There was a quote by Stephen Spielberg that said it was the most terrifying movie he's ever seen. It's supposed to be similar to The Blair Witch Project, except in a couple's house. The trailer looks awesome and I'd really like to see it.

Yeah i know what you mean now. But didn't you enjoy Rec and Quarantine? And does District 9 have a shaky camera all the way through? Cause thats why i was hesitant to go and see it and also wasn't sure if it would be my type of movie. Now i'm regretting it a little cause it's getting such great reviews.

Does anyone know what the current count is of the people who demanded the film on it's site?
