ABC is talking about making a sequel to the movie 2012 on tv. The premise is that some people survive 2012 and start a new world. The show would chronicle their survival. The show will be called 2013. Bleh! That means some people survive the movie. Booo! I want everyone to die. Expect a cross between Lost and Survivor with a little Lord of the Flies thrown in.

I wanted everyone to die. Lol. But it might be interesting to see them try to start a new world since the arks were full of presidents and world leaders. Also, money doesn't mean anything anymore so rich and poor people are the same. Who would come out on top? Maybe the smart people, or ruthless people, or most manipulative, or would the new world weed those people out so it would be a better world? Hmm... see, it might be interesting.

Ahh ok heheh. For me, the trailers seem to imply there was a way out of escaping certain death for the minority anyways.

I think though you're right about the money early on anyways. But I can see it going right back to where they left off once these ships and their people become separated because of human nature and the lust for power etc. Of course that's what would make the stories interesting in this series anyway.

It makes no sense to make a sequel of this movie. The movie was good and it's not necessary to know what happens after the ending.

The movies was based on the destruction and the special effects. No destruction after the ending (really bad ending I think).
