Unsolved Looking for drama movie

Hi everyone I saw a movie maybe 8 years ago but I don't remember the name... Please help me to find it

There were an old man maybe 70 year and a young girl maybe 35 years they are a couple and the movie began they were in a birthday party ( party of old man) the man suffer an heart attack.
The young girl love him a lot and decide to take care because the man is sick
The man is rich and the girl every morning cuts flowers from her yard and give to him.

Other guy always do exercise close to house of couple and he always see the young and beauty girl and he tray to meet her, but she doesn't matter any guy only her husband

The young girl do public benefits because she has a lot of money and the other guy knows. One day she travel to give money in a conference and the other guy go there and he be in the same hotel and they have sex and then begin a romance

The old man know that he probably will die because he is sick and he knows
that his wife has a romance with other guy, the old man is investigate that romance and discover that the other guy is good man and really love his wife
And the old man is happy because his wife has a good man an when he die she doesn't be alone

The wife always give his medication and take care of his husband and after that she see the other guy
One day she go back to house and his husband is dead she feels bad and decide never see other guy
The other guy try to see her but she feel bad and she does not answer his calls
The old man before die he write a letter and approve the love that she has
She never see the letter and decide go to mam house in other country.
The man follow her and she doesn't want to see him the man decide end his love and go back to US
The girl in moms house find the letter and read it and know his husband was accept her love with other guy
She go to airport and find him and they in love and happy
