Solved Gets Himself In Jail

This has been bugging me for days... What's that movie where a guy purposefully gets into jail by smashing the lights off a police car with a baseball bat? He spends scene after scene making trouble in the prison he's in only to be sent to another prison, to make trouble again, so that he can finally get to the maximum security prison where the guy that killed his wife is.

No that's not it at all. That looks like a comedy. The movie I'm thinking is about a guy who's good at making plans to escape. I think he's a pilot too, because I remember him escaping the jail with the bad guy in an ambulance or something to flying him away at the end, and killing him by jumping out and letting the plane crash. Something like that.

That's a great movie, but that's definitely not it.

Thought about this movie again... still looking. I found "Felon" but that wasn't it either. He was in inmate clothes that blue and then yellow. I remember the jumpsuit color in the movie I'm looking for was orange.
