While Snipes is being transported to the prison on a prisoner transport plane along with Gerard (Wesley Snipes) the plane crashes. Snipes helps Gerard rescue some trapped prisoners and then escapes from the clutches of Gerard.
The movie has a lot of twists and turns, but still ends up giving a fun for the audience to see. If you had the liking for The Fugitive and then definitely you would like this movie too. The movie is not as good as The Fugitive but the movie has some of the action sequences which are excellent.
Robert Downey Jr. also gives a good performance, and adds a special plot twist that makes you think for a moment.
Near the last 20 or so minutes of the movie, a great answer is revealed, and suddenly the movie rises to a climax.
All in all, I give U.S. Marshalls a 7 out of 10 because it was a good sequel, but could of been made more in-depth into the mind of the 'good' cops side.
