This is a hilariously funny short that has lasted several years. When I lived in California there was always a "Twisted Animation" festival They would show things like you would used to see on MTV's "Liquid Television" back in the old days (Damn, I'm only 21 and I wax nostalgic like a senior citizen). Every year they've alwasy keot this classic short.
Bambi is in the forest eating grass. He doesn't sing or talk to rabbits and skunks, because that's gay. Anything with "Godzilla" in the title is NOT GAY! Well, maybe Godzilla vs. The Smog Monster was. Oh, and Godzilla vs. Megalon had those two gay scientists living together. Godzilla's Revenge kinda was gay, I mean, that little boy was more effiminate than kids should be. Okay, so maybe some Godzilla movies are not as gay as Gamera movies, but certainly a lot better than Disney.
So, Bambi is eating grass. And he's completly unware that Godzilla is sneaking up on him. You know, after witnessing his mom get shot by a hunter hiding in the bushes, i think Bambi would learn to be more aware. Even an Autistic cripple that's deaf, blind and dumb would at least think "Oh shit! There's a GIANT monster coming here, I better leave!"
Okay so Bambi is eating grass and Godzilla is sneaking up on him. I don't want to spoil the ending though, so I'll stop. The movie is basically one joke. It has the setup and then the punchline. So, you'll have to see the pnuchline for yourself. I give it a 7 because it made me laugh. It's certainly a better joke than "A man walks into a bar...."
